The next 6 pictures are of a
bobcat that we observed. It
appeared to be young, and
until we came by, seemed to be
hunting for some kind rodent in
a burrow.
We were about 25 meters downslope of
the bobcat.
It pretty much
ignored us, but I think the
clicking of my camera bothered
it, and it wandered off up the
hill.
Even with some processing
of the images, I couldn't really
bring the image out very
clearly. It's more or less in
the center of all of these
cropped images, except that it's
on the left of the 3rd image. In the last
picture, you can see it's fluffy tail as it
starts to leave.
